Water Filtration

Water filtration against biological contamination

An effective solution against biological and magnetite pollution within heating systems, natural pools and ponds.

In any heating system, wear and tear occurs due to the continuous flow of water along the heating pipes. Small particles of iron, such as magnetite, pollute the water as a result.

Contaminants in the heating water cause poor heat transfer. This causes energy loss and wear and tear.

Partial flow filter

In a modern heating or cooling system, a partial-flow filter or partial-flow filter unit is therefore essential. Such a filter traps magnetite (which gets into the water due to wear and tear on the heating pipes). As a result, the greenhouse’s heating system is better protected. It also reduces energy costs.

Water filtration against biological contamination

Biological contamination (such as algae, legionella and blue-green algae) can cause health risks, green deposits and a lot of maintenance and monitoring work on natural pools and natural waters. Here, water filtration is a solution. Another solution for minimizing biological contamination in ponds and natural pools is to add oxygen to the water. This is an ideal solution.

In addition, to supplement the chlorine pump in regular pools, this solution can be used. Presscon’s Vital Oxidizer (a Venturi-like product) supports the purification system already in place, so less chlorine will need to be added to the pool water to purify it.
